I have read the following terms and conditions (presented below) that correspond to the plan in which I am about to purchase and I agree to them in full.

‘EFFECTIVE VOCALIST’ SERVICES AGREEMENT

This agreement is between collaborative-pianist Aaron Bostwick and student-vocalist __________________________________ for the Spring semester, year 2025.

Both parties of the agreement must up-hold the terms below:

RATES: Total tuition for the semester is $640. Tuition is split into 4 equal payments of $160 due on the dates below, paid by cash, check, venmo, or debit card payment. (Debit has operating fees) This payment plan includes 16 hours of bookable/planned appointments established by the FLEX FREQUENCY PLAN. (Following Belmont University Academic Calendar) Extra Lessons/Rehearsals not covered by this plan can be made by appointment at a $40 hourly rate with a potential travel fee.
FLEX FREQUENCY PLAN:
1. Appointments are flexible & can be structured in whatever way works best for you. It is easily adaptable to what your teacher recommends and also to the standards placed and approved by Belmont’s School of Music. Below is a suggested example of how your allotted times could be divided:
  1. Fourteen 25 min in-person lessons (scheduled via your voice professor)
  2. Eighteen 20 min or Nine 40 min in-person rehearsals (vocal coaching/performance planning/track recording/putting together warm-up exercises, chart writing, tutoring, etc. )
2. All appointments will be scheduled by the student via the pianists scheduling website. The vocalist is solely responsible for scheduling all rehearsals in that manner. There will be no reimbursement for “unused” appointments.
OTHER FEES:
1. This payment plan covers all classical seminars and classical juries at no extra cost.
2. Recitals, recital rehearsals, auditions, showcases, and other performances are not included nor guaranteed in this agreement.
PAYMENT POLICY: Invoices are due by the dates specified below. A $2 late fee will be applied for each subsequent day the invoice is past due.

  3. Wednesday, March 26th 2025
  4. Wednesday, April 23rd 2025
COURTESY CLAUSE: The accompanist should be notified of a cancelation 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If done so, a make-up appointment may be set up at a time convenient to both parties. Payments may only be reimbursed for cancelations made by the pianist. Rescheduling & cancelations can easily be done via the scheduling website.
SCHEDULING:
1. All appointments with the pianist must be scheduled during the pianists work hours. (Any appointments outside of those hours may include a travel fee)
2. Music should be provided to the pianist at least 1 week prior to the appointments to allow the pianist enough time to prepare it. All copies or pdf files should be clean & legible.
3. No more than two rehearsals should be scheduled during a single week; (except for make-ups or recitalists)
4. Any overages of appointment booking times must be paid for separately from this plan.
5. This plan ends on December 10th, 2024. No bookings can be made after that date, and any unused credits do not roll over into a new plan.
CONTRACT TERMINATION: Once signed, (ordering on the website constitutes a signed agreement) this contract can only be terminated if student-vocalist pays an additional cancelation fee of $200 and all past-due invoices.

‘DOUBLE-DOWN’ SERVICES AGREEMENT

This agreement is between collaborative-pianist Aaron Bostwick and student-vocalist __________________________________ for the Spring semester, year 2025.

Both parties of the agreement must up-hold the terms below:

RATES: Total tuition for the semester is $1,000. Tuition is split into 4 equal payments of $250 due on the dates below, paid by cash, check, venmo, or debit card payment. (Debit has operating fees) This payment plan includes 21 hours of bookable/planned appointments established by the FLEX FREQUENCY PLAN. (Following Belmont University Academic Calendar) Extra Lessons/Rehearsals not covered by this plan can be made by appointment at a $40 hourly rate.
